Starting from Scratch
I attend Barbell Club on Wednesday nights at 7pm. I have really compromised mobility overhead. It is a historical limitation but made worse in the last few years. Frozen shoulder like. I do most movements (overhead) in the Club with a PVC pipe or, on a good day, a 15 lb bar. By the end of the class my shoulder always feels more mobile from being worked through its’ best range at light weight. It is better than not moving it all, and subbing in alternatives, which is what I did for quite awhile. I am starting back from scratch. You need to find what you can do and capitalize on it. Full range overhead is a gift from the gods.
