6 weeks till the Open. What can be done about that? Offered some easier said than done tips on gym’s blog tonight. It is about commitment and wanting a different experience more than you want the familiar in the immediate. I keep waking up at 3:30 am and not really being able to go back to sleep. Was dragging today as a result. Harder to make good food choices under fatigue. Being prepared is key to navigating that landmine. Need to get into the kitchen prepping for tomorrow with what strength I have left!
