Parched?

It can be hard to fight dehydration in the winter. I crave hot coffee not a cold glass of water. Ideally, I’d start the day with a cup of warm water that has a dash of Himalayan sea salt and lemon juice in it. Cleansing to the system, but I can’t stomach it first thing. I’m working to up my water intake by doing the following:

  1. Drinking plain hot water. The gym has a hot water dispenser. Make cup of hot water. Not coffee.

  2. Drinking herbal tea. Carry packets with me and make at the gym.

  3. Carrying a water bottle. Still tend to forget. Work in progress.

  4. Drinking sparkling water. Keep fridge stocked with cans.

  5. Drinking hot lemon water. Keep sliced lemons in fridge.

Body really needs water for optimal function but tough to get it in on the reg without conscious effort.
