Family Day
Walk along Point Grey Road this morning.
Made it to the 8 am class. It was fun. It was hard. I am glad I did it. Breaking my way back. The next group class I can hit is 6 am this coming Friday. I have a Zoom meeting for the clinic on MAiD at 8 am and would love to get in a workout before. It is my only shot at a workout that day before 4 pm. Must make it happen. It will require a lot of organization, but that is how you get things done. You look at your week, and you figure it out. I won’t bore you with those details now; I'm just setting the intention. I’m truly exhausted and need sleep, but it was a good weekend. I met my logging and nutrition goals, so I'm feeling a bit better! It was fantastic to have almost two full days off! My house is cleaner as a result, which elevates my mood. Determined to keep the momentum going this week!
