Couch 2 Pool
What is the point of this blog? One goal is to post reality bites with the intent to help others not feel alone in various struggles and if I may, provide motivation to break out of ruts and do things differently! Presently, I am on the couch, willing myself to get to the local pool by 7pm for my first swim workout since the shut down (read March 2020). I feel laden down by multiple slices of my son’s birthday cake, don’t know where a pair of goggles can be found or wish to don a suit. Workout on tap is a 20 minute amrap of 50 yard swim, 20 push ups, 30 squats. Needs to be done before coached and I really don’t want to sub in anything else for the swim because enough is enough.
