Feeling deficient? Sometimes, a good dose of vitamin sea is all you need to set you right. One thing I love about Empower is it’s proximity to the beach. I can stroll home by the water’s edge and then hike up a big hill home, taking in the majestic view of the City at the top. It was such a beautiful day last weekend that I had to stop on the walk and jump in the ocean. Unplanned. I didn’t have a bathing suit or a towel, but had shorts, a sports bra and a log to myself. The tide was high and the water warm and even clear! It was amazing and two hours went by in the blink of eye. Do you have a place to go?
