Saturday at the Gym
Today was a long day in the gym. I arrived just after 7 am and was not done until after 5 pm, and I was home by 6 pm. Granted, I did leave at 10 am for 45 minutes and at 2 pm for 60 minutes; during this time, I came home to eat and organize myself for the next thing that waited at the gym. I was able to walk back to the gym from home at 3:15, which was great. Today involved 2 PT clients, an Intramural Team Draw, a Quarterly Coaches Meeting, and workout 3 for the Re-Set Your Ways in 28 Days Fitness Challenge. I did a team workout in the Coaches’ meeting: some fitness. It was all fun. Did I move as much as I wanted today, though? No, I did not, but it was a good day despite the causality of a solid workout. Also, the kitchen is a mess, but I made a sauce upon arriving home. I need to lose weight to feel better again. I don’t like being this heavy. Nothing fits properly. I probably weigh what I did when I started CrossFit in 2013. Tomorrow, I have a full day where I do not have to be anywhere. I am devoting the day to organizing my nutrition and weight loss plans, starting with measurements and a weigh-in to be recorded in a fresh journal.
